Li Lou is the Communications Officer for the Water Global Practice, World Bank, with a focus on digital and online communications and social media. Previously, she worked as a Communications Officer in the East Asia and Pacific Region, the Fragility, Conflict and Violence Group, and the Public-Private Partnerships Group at the World Bank. Prior to joining the World Bank in 2010, Li worked as a marketing specialist for a startup in Silicon Valley. Before this, she worked at several media organizations, including Sacramento Bee in California, CNN Beijing Bureau, Australia Channel 7 and Gruner + Jahr. Li holds a Master’s Degree in Communications from Stanford University.
