Lilia Carasciuc works on online communications for the World Bank's Energy and Environment sectors. Previously, Lilia served as communications and membership manager for White Ribbon Alliance, and as social policy officer with UNICEF.
Lilia holds a Master’s degree in Management and Operations from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics and Russian Studies from Brigham Young University. As a Romanian and Moldovan national, Lilia is fluent in Romanian, Russian, English, and French.
