Liliya Bulgakova is a legal analyst at the World Bank. Her work is focused on business regulation and labor law. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked for international law firms in Washington, DC, where she specialized in corporate governance and compliance investigations. She holds a Master's degree in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law and a J.D. degree from Bashkir State University (Russia). She is a member of the New York and the District of Columbia Bar.
