Lillian Frost is a Social Safety Nets Consultant in the Middle East and North Africa Region Human Development Department. Prior to joining the World Bank, she consulted for various organizations including American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA) and the University of Virginia Center for International Studies. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Virginia and has a professional working proficiency in Arabic and French.
