Limon Rodriguez is an Economist (Consultant) at the World Bank’s Social Protection and Labor Global Unit, working on labor, migration, and skills development. Previously, Limon worked in New York at UNDP Human Development Report Office and Bureau for Development Policy, UN Women, and UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs; UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific Trade Policy Section in Bangkok; Asian Development Bank Economics and Research Department in Manila; and Accenture in Singapore and Manila. He has publications on migration, gender, digital, fragility, and education. He earned his doctorate in development economics from Johns Hopkins University. He obtained double master’s degrees in public policy and public administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and National University of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
