Lina Tutunji is a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Public Integrity and Openness Department of the Governance Global Practice, World Bank. Lina started as a Procurement Specialist in West Bank and Gaza, where she supported the Bank portfolio on a wide range of procurement issues and led the support to procurement reform as part of a broader governance reform agenda. Lina has also contributed to the Bank's efforts in promoting procurement reform dialogue with client countries in the MENA region, including leading a study of the political economy of procurement reform, which aimed at better understanding the factors affecting or impeding the implementation of the reform. Lina holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
