Linh is Economist in the Hanoi office of the World Bank, where he has worked on poverty issues since April 2012. Previously he was Assistant Professor in Development Economics at Hanoi National University. He has published work in academic journals on poverty, welfare, agriculture, migration and education. Linh holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from University of Minnesota, a Diploma of Advanced Studies from Toulouse School of Economics, and a Master degree and a Bachelor degree from National Economics University, Vietnam.
