Linn Hammergren is a former World Bank Senior Public Management Specialist and now works as an independent consultant on justice reform issues. Best known for her work on Latin America, as a consultant she has broadened her focus to include Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
Prior to joining the Bank, she worked as an internal consultant to USAID, designing and managing justice projects in Peru, El Salvador and Costa Rica, as well as a regional program out of Costa Rica. She has a PhD in Political Science and has published three books and numerous chapters, monographs, and articles on justice reforms in Latin America and other regions.
