Linus is a Senior Land Administration Specialist, currently based in Ghana, covering the World Bank’s land administration projects and analytics in anglophone West Africa. He supports governments to address land tenure insecurity through investment projects and technical assistance. He has worked on land administration in Croatia, The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Pakistan Romania, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. Before joining the World Bank, Linus worked for several years in Rwanda on land tenure reforms and land dispute management in cooperation with local civil society organizations.
