Liping Jiang is a senior irrigation engineer working in the East Asia and the Pacific, Sustainable Development Unit at the World Bank. He has previously held positions at the Division for Economic Cooperation and the Hai River Basin Commission of China’s Ministry of Water Resources. He has worked in Cambodia, Philippines, China, Tunisia, Lebanon, Morocco and Egypt, and specializes on integrated water and environment management and ET-based irrigated agricultural water savings. Liping is currently based in Beijing, China.
