As Global Cities Lead, Lisa was part of the pioneering group that established IFC’s cities offer, convening internal and external stakeholders to promote solutions that address important urban challenges such as a smart, resilient and inclusive COVID recovery.
Lisa has had significant impact in the Climate space, having led the MDB working group that developed the Blended Finance policies and procedures for the Climate Investment Funds and structured the first Blended Finance investment - a private Mexico wind project. As an Investment Officer Lisa worked on the creation of Colombia’s Titularizadora (secondary mortgage market company).
