Liya completed her Master studies on journalism and media marketing at the Kazakh Institute of Economic Management (KIMEP). Previously the major focus of her interest was the perspectives of Public Television in Kazakhstan, and CIS. Currently she is the editor of the “Interactive Community on New Technologies for Non-commercial Organizations” website.
