Lorena is an operations consultant with the World Bank Group’s Infrastructure, PPPs and Guarantees Group (IPG). She began her career at the World Bank working in the Land and Gender program within GPSURR, spearheading a pilot on gender and property rights in post-conflict countries through the use of open-source technology and helping implement ongoing projects for property registration and reform. Currently, Lorena is working on Infrastructure Governance in Africa and Asia as well as advancing the subnational PPPs agenda in Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds a Masters of Arts in International Economics and Finance from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an International Bachelor in Business Administration from York University.
