Lorenzo Piccio is a knowledge management and communications consultant with the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) at the World Bank. He plays a key role in capturing, distilling, and communicating knowledge and results from across GFDRR’s portfolio to both external and internal stakeholders. Prior to joining the Bank, he was senior analyst for development finance and policy with Devex, an international development media organization. Originally from the Philippines, Lorenzo holds an M.A. in international economics and development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He is also an evening J.D. candidate at Georgetown University Law Center.
