Lotte Nordhus is Junior Technical Advisor in the Sector Project Migration and Development of the Centre for International Migration and Development (CIM), a joint operation of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the German Federal Employment Agency. The team of the Sector Project carries out conceptual and advisory work and develops instruments to harness the potentials of migration for sustainable development and to reduce its risks. Lotte Nordhus’ current work focuses on remittances issues and includes the management and further development of the German remittances portal www.geldtransfair.de.
