Louise Mvono is Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank based in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Louise Mvono was with UNICEF where she has extensively worked on issues around education reforms, policies, strategies and operations (in emergency, transition and development contexts) across several regions in Africa and South Asia. From 2013 to 2016, She was the UNICEF Deputy Country Representative in Bangladesh.
She is a national from Gabon and holds a PhD in Evaluation of Education Systems from the University of Bourgogne.
