Lucas Herzog has been a Private Sector Consultant in the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice at the World Bank since 2019, working on lending and technical assistance program for the Moroccan government. His main areas of expertise includes capital markets development, private equity, public support to entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Lucas had worked as a junior analyst for the French Development Finance Institution PROPARCO in the Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services Division providing lending’s to businesses in developing countries. He was previously part of the unit in charge of development and export finance instruments at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked as a financial analyst for the Central Bank. Lucas graduated with a Master in Public Policy at Sciences Po Paris and a MSc in Management from EMLYON.
