Lucia Arnal Rodriguez is a Private Sector Development consultant at the World Bank Group. Since February 2020, she has been providing technical assistance to the Government of Equatorial Guinea, focusing on enhancing the country’s business climate. Before her current role, Lucia contributed to the World Bank's Doing Business report. Her career also includes a tenure at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in the United States, along with extensive experience as a commercial and bankruptcy law specialist in Spain. Lucia holds a master’s degree in international and European Union Law from Tilburg University, the Netherlands, complementing her Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Valencia, Spain.
