Ludovic Cartigny is an urban transport consultant for the Transport Global Practice. He supports infrastructure projects in Haiti by building urban mobility knowledge.
Prior to joining the Bank, Ludovic worked on European Union transport policies in Brussels where he monitored urban mobility developments in the areas of road safety, CO2 emissions, and electric and connected vehicles.
Ludovic holds a Masters in European Policies from the University of Aix-Marseille and a Masters in Management from SKEMA Business School.
