Luka is a consultant at the World Bank and a Research Manager at a public policy institute PPMI. She specialises in quantitative research on emerging technologies, employment and migration policy. During her career, she has collaborated with the European Commission, the UN, and the Migration Observatory at the University of Oxford. Luka holds a MSc in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.
