Luka Vončina is an independent consultant. Over the last 15 years, Luka has worked in the fields of health policy, economics as financing as a researcher, policymaker, and consultant for international organizations and industries in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. He holds an MD degree from the Zagreb Medical School, a master’s degree in Health Policy from the London School of Economics, and a PhD degree in biomedicine from the Split Medical School. He has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals.
