Dr. Lung Vu (MD, PhD) is a Health Specialist with the World Bank’s Health team based in Washington, DC. He brings over two decades of extensive work experience in health systems across the globe (Sub-Saharan Africa, South and East Asia, Central Asia, Central America), focusing on health system strengthening, institutional strengthening, service delivery (SRH, HIV, TB, STI, primary care), infectious disease surveillance, pandemic preparedness and response, and data science. He received his MPH and PHD in International Health from Tulane University (USA), and his MD from Hanoi Medical University. Dr. Vu publishes widely in peer-reviewed journals.
