Lylia works in online communications for the World Bank's Infrastructure, PPPs and Guarantees (IPG Group). Before joining the Bank, she has worked in multiple cross-sector marketing and communications roles in China and the U.S., including Google China Corporate Social Responsibility, Ashoka and Danone. Lylia received her MPA degree from Cornell University, and her B.A. from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
