Lysca Uwamariya is a Field Coordinator in Impact Evaluation unit of the Development Research Group (DIME), in Rwanda since January 2017. She serves as technical expert in program monitoring by coordinating all Impact evaluation on ground activities with an aim to ensure the data quality is intact. Before joining the Bank Lysca has been working with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources in Rwanda as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Rural Feeder Roads Development Project, financed by the European Union and Netherlands. Where she acquired a vast experience in Policy work, Developing, implementing and Monitoring of projects. Her interest is in agriculture and Transport development, in particular, Roads. She holds two master’s degree in Statistics and Rural Development Studies obtained from Annamalai University, India.
