Lyvio is a medical doctor specialized in public health, policies, and international development.
He currently serves as Consultant for the World Bank's Health, Nutrition, and Population Practice - East Africa. He focuses on youth and innovative health initiatives.
Prior, Lyvio worked within the French Ministry of Health's International Affairs, supporting health cooperation in overseas territories and managing European health projects. His experience extends to the field of epidemiology and health promotion in remote regions.
Lyvio holds a Medical Doctor degree with a specialization in Public Health and Social Medicine, a master’s degree in social sciences applied to Health, and a Master's in Biostatistics from Montpellier University, France. He followed an advanced curriculum in healthcare management at the French School of Public Health (EHESP) in Rennes.
Lyvio has published research on topics including thyroid cancer, palliative care, mental health, environmental health. He is proficient in French, English, Spanish, and Caribbean Creole.
He actively participates in organizations such as the European Network of Medical Residents in Public Health, the Junior Doctor Network of the World Medical Association, and the WHO Youth Council.
