Maarten Froeling is a consultant with IFC’s Development Impact Measurement (CDI) department. He provides research management and analysis support to the ongoing Harnessing Innovation for Financial Inclusion (HiFi) program research and evaluation activities. Maarten has more than 7 years of experience working in the development sector across Africa and Asia with a focus on impact evaluation and financial inclusion. He holds a double Master’s degree in Public Policy and Human Development from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and the United Nations University.
