Madeleine Parker is a consultant with the Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Cities team, focusing on spatial analysis and startup ecosystems. Her background includes work with the New York City government on affordable housing, a sea level rise project in San Francisco, and the Beijing office of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Madeleine has a BA in Geography from Dartmouth College and is a second year MPA student at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
