Maggie Comstock is a policy analyst at the U.S. Green Building Council working on federal and international green building policy and climate affairs. She has extensive experience working on environmental policy issues both domestically and abroad through her time working in the U.S. Senate, House of Representatives, UK Parliament, and Irish Parliament. In December 2009, she served as a delegate to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change COP15 in Copenhagen. Maggie holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Environment, Society and Development from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, focusing on international carbon markets and their implications for developing countries.
