Mamitiana Naharifelantsoa studied communications, French and sociology at the University of Antananarivo. She has devoted the past five years to fighting for children’s rights, youth empowerment, democracy and good governance within the organization called Liberty 32. With the members of the association, she designs and implements civic and political education, education for peace and leadership programs for vulnerable children and young people.
Apart from that, she is a member of the Youth Transforming Africa where she mainly supports the communication team. Aside from enjoying to focus on topics of child and youth development, Mamitiana has also developed a strong passion for digital literacy. She is currently involved in an incubation program about civic tech where she is working on a project that aims to enhance the engagement and participation of women in political life by using technology.
