Manpreet is responsible for advancing global data, analytics, and knowledge products for PPIAF's GI Hub to scale up sustainable, low-carbon, resilient, and inclusive quality infrastructure, with a special focus on private capital mobilization. She previously served as a Senior Economist at the GI Hub before its integration within PPIAF in April 2024.
She brings a decade of experience in delivering thought leadership papers, analytical studies and advisory on themes cross-cutting economics, public policy, data analytics, and infrastructure. Her experience spans a wide range of clients in public and private sectors across developed and developing economies in sectors including agriculture, finance, justice, mining, procurement, tax, trade, telecommunications, water, and urban development. Manpreet holds a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Delhi.
