Marc-André Roy is CPCS’s Chief Operating Officer and Vice President responsible for North America. He has led over 150 transportation-sector management consulting assignments for public and private sector clients in North America, Asia, South America, the Middle East and Africa. He is chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and immediate past president of the Canadian Transportation Research Forum. Marc-André has an international MBA from the Schulich School of Business (top graduate, 2004) and holds the ICD.D designation. He is also a chartered member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport in North America. He is fluent in English and French and is based in Ottawa, Canada.
