Marc Lixi is a Senior Operations Officer in the Transport and ICT Global Practice. Before his current assignment, Marc spent 8 years in the Development Effectiveness Unit in the Africa Region, working on operational quality and Monitoring & Evaluation. A telecom engineer by training, Marc joined the ICT sector Unit in 2009, focusing on West and Central Africa. He has since expanded his experience to the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe and Central Asia Regions.
