Director General of the Côte d'Ivoire Plan

Marcelin Cissé is the Director General of the Côte d'Ivoire Plan. He has more than 20 years of experience in the strategic planning of development policies and programs, their implementation as well as their monitoring and evaluation at both the national and international levels, with the Japan Cooperation (JICA) and UNDP. He has also held positions in several countries of the sub-region with the United Nations and within the Ministry of Planning and Development, successively from technical advisor to the Director General of Planning and the Fight against Poverty (DGPLP), to permanent PRSP/NDP technical secretary, then director of Public Investment Programming (PIP) and finally,  Director General of Aid Strategy and Coordination. He is a PhD student in economics, holds a master's degree in economic analysis and international development, and an MBA in health economics.
