Margaux Roussel is a Consultant in the Governance Global Practice of the World Bank, working primarily on the Multi-donor Trust Fund for Justice Sector Support in Serbia. Prior to joining the GGP, Ms. Roussel was a legal intern for the Bank’s Doing Business project, the U.S. State Department Office of the Assistant Legal Adviser for Private International Law (L/PIL), and the United Nations’ International Law Commission (ILC). After moving to the United States from her native France, Ms. Roussel earned a Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley, and a Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School (Honors).
