Mari H. Clarke has provided advices to mainstream gender in various World Bank-financed projects in transport, water and electricity. Previously, she worked as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank, USAID, Catholic Relief Services and other NGOs. Mari holds a Ph.D. in Economic Anthropology and a. M.Ed. in Instructional Design from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.A. in Economic Anthropology from University of Pennsylvania.
