Florencia is Agro-logistics Consultant at the World Bank Latin America and the Caribbean Region for the Agriculture Global Practice. Her work has focused on linking small and medium farmers to markets. She is a Development Consultant with 20+ years of experience working in international organizations, subnational governments and private sector. Her areas of expertise include regional economic development and competitiveness: agro-logistics, trade facilitation and supply chain analysis; small and medium agrobusiness access to markets and finance, technology transference; export promotion and investment attraction. Florencia is an Economist and holds a Master in Public Administration, Program in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University, where she attended as a Fulbright scholar, and a Master in Services Management from University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, concentration in Tourism, Food and Beverage.
