Team Leader, Electronic System for Public Procurement

Leader of the team for implementation and development of the Electronic System for Public Procurement, as well as the team for implementation and development of the Electronic Market for Low Value Procurement. Works At the Public Procurement Bureau since its founding in 2004, and currently working as Head of Department. Actively participated in the drafting of the new Public Procurement Law (2019) as well as in all previous legal solutions, bylaws and manuals. Participates in the preparation of proposals and measures to improve and establish a more transparent and efficient system of public expenditure and improve the country's business climate. During her work, she participated in a lot of seminars, trainings, and conferences at home and abroad. She is involved in a number of international projects managed by the EC, SIGMA, World Bank, GIZ and USAID. She is a certified trainer from the establishment of a public procurement education program with a big number of training courses realized. She is also the co-author of several professional papers, practices, manuals, and brochures for various topics in the field of public procurement and electronic tools.
