Marina Mavungu Ngoma is an Economist (Young Professional) at the World Bank. Prior to this position, Marina worked as a Fellow in the World Bank’s Office of the Chief Economist, Africa Region. Her work focuses on economic development, including policies on firms and private sector development, industrialization, regional integration, public finance, and institutions. Marina received her PhD in Economics and Public Policy from Tufts University, her M.A. in Policy Economics from Williams College and her B.Sc. in Economics from Université Protestante au Congo.
