Marlon Rolston Rawlins is a Financial Sector Specialist in the FIRST Initiative at the World Bank Group. Rawlins has worked on a wide array of projects geared toward strengthening the financial sectors in Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean. His experience covers several thematic areas and sectors include financial inclusion, financial stability, finance for development, banking, insurance, pensions and capital markets. Previously, Rawlins was the Country Manager for Scotiabank and Royal Bank of Canada in Antigua, and also worked as a bank regulator at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
