Marta Milkowska is a graduate student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, with over six years of experience in social enterprise innovations in health care, sanitation, and financial inclusion for people at the bottom of the pyramid. As a former Social Enterprise Specialist at the World Bank’s Innovation Lab, she was instrumental in the expansion of the Social Enterprise Innovation Program in Africa and South Asia. She also worked in and launched several start-ups focused on innovation in health care and consulted to Behavioral Insights Team, UK on mobile solutions to change savings behaviors. Marta also pioneered the Harvard Social Innovation Studio. She blogs about social enterprise innovations, health technology, behavior science, and human-centered design.
