Martin Molinuevo is a Senior Counsel for the Trade team at the World Bank, where he advises governments in developing countries on international trade and investment policy and regulation. He is an expert in international economic law, with a particular focus on trade in services and digital trade. Martín also serves as an Adjunct Professor at American University's Washington College of Law, where he teaches International Trade Law.
