Mary Lisbeth González was Senior Social Development Specialist at The World Bank. She worked in social development and inclusion applied to the agricultural sector for more than 20 years. For the last years she designed and executed initiatives to promote innovation in project design and management to improve operational and sectoral work in inclusive agricultural development to promote the participation of women, indigenous peoples and youth.
