Mathias has been working in the Delivery Team of the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education in Sierra Leone since 2021 embedded as Education Advisor from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. He is co-founder of the NGO Global Minimum that has run public health projects, ideas competitions and innovation labs in Sierra Leone and Kenya.
