Mathilde Salin is a consultant for the World Bank, currently based in Lyon, France. Her work as an economist focuses on the economic and financial risks and opportunities arising from nature degradation, as well as from the transition needed to reverse nature loss. Mathilde is a former student of École Normale Supérieure de Paris and holds a PhD in Economics from Paris-Saclay University, which she completed jointly with the Banque de France.
