Matthew Welch is a Program Manager in the Indicators and Data Services Unit of World Bank’s Development Data Group. He manages the World Bank Microdata Library and is a member of the World Bank team coordinating the activities of the International Household Survey Network. Matthew holds a Master of Commerce degree (Economics) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
