Mavi Ladia has extensive work experience on social risk management implementing the social safeguards/social risk management policies of the Asian Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, and the World Bank over a span of two decades in various sectors. She has worked in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Solomon Islands, Thailand, and Viet Nam. She is also currently the Gender-Based Violence focal point for the Philippines.
