Maximilian Philip Eltgen is an investment law and policy expert in the Investment Policy and Promotion team of the World Bank Group’s EFI Global Practice. He advises and supports developing country governments on a range of economic, legal, and institutional reforms related to private investment and FDI. Maximilian joined the World Bank in 2017. He holds degrees in International Business and Politics and Law from Copenhagen Business School, Sciences Po Paris and Columbia Law School.
