Max Dapaah is a Senior Public Sector Management Specialist at the World Bank. He has worked extensively on fiscal governance, public financial management, fiscal management, and fiduciary issues in World Bank operations in the Africa, South Asia, and East Asia and Pacific regions of the World Bank. He also has extensive experience in global and country engagements on governance in sectors, especially the nexus between governance and service delivery in social sectors. He holds a PhD in Economics, an MBA in Finance, and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
