Mr. Md. Mostafa Kamal is an Executive Engineer of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED). He is currently working as the Project Director of the Second Rural Transport Improvement Project (RTIP-II) financed by the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) and World Bank (IDA), and being implemented by LGED.
