Medha M. Nair works as a Technical Youth Employment Specialist at Solutions for Youth Employment (S4YE). She is responsible for curating knowledge products on a diverse portfolio of topics and developing novel project workstreams within the team. Prior to joining S4YE, Medha worked as an economic analyst at The International Monetary Fund where she worked on macro critical topics on several ASIA-PAC countries. Medha has extensive international development experience which includes working with economic development stakeholders, government authorities, private sector entities, and multilateral organizations.
Her areas of work entail data driven analysis on demographic inequality, designing frameworks for job outcomes, and curating innovative avenues for youth inclusion in pioneering sectors within the green, circular and orange economy. Medha holds a Master’s in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Delhi.
